Inviting Your Team
Easily invite teammates to your Fibr workspace, assign roles like Admin or Member, and collaborate seamlessly across campaigns and experiments.
Only team members with 'Admin' status can invite other teammates to the team. The first person from the organization to sign up becomes "Admin" by default.
Fibr works best when your whole team can collaborate. Once you've set up your account, you can invite colleagues to join your workspace in just a few steps.
Who can invite teammates? Only Admins can send invitations. If you created the workspace, you're automatically an Admin. If you don't see the invite option, ask your workspace Admin to add you or upgrade your role.
How to Invite a Teammate
Step 1: Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Select the Team section.

Step 3: Click Invite Teammate.

Step 4: Enter your teammate's email address and choose their role:
Admin
Full access. Can manage team members, billing, integrations, and all experiments and campaigns.
Member
Can create and manage experiments and personalizations, but cannot invite teammates or access billing settings.

Click Invite when you're ready.
Step 5: Your teammate will receive an email with a unique invitation link. They'll need to click that link to join your workspace.

Important Details
Teammates must use the invitation link to join. If someone signs up for Fibr directly without clicking the invite link, they'll create a separate workspace instead of joining yours. Make sure your teammates use the link in their invitation email.
Email not arriving? Ask your teammate to check their spam or junk folder. Invitation emails sometimes get filtered, especially with strict corporate email settings. If it's still missing after a few minutes, you can resend the invitation from the Team settings page.
Want to change someone's role later? You can update a teammate's role anytime from the Team section in Settings. Admins can promote Members to Admin or adjust permissions as your team evolves.
