How to create a bulk Audience Personalization campaign?

In this guide, you will learn how to efficiently create personalizations in bulk using Fibr's platform. This process allows you to streamline audience personalizations with ease. By following these steps, you can ensure that your campaigns are both effective and personalized to your target audience.

Initiate Bulk Creation

Start from the audience personalization campaign screen and choose to add personalizations in bulk.

Select Audience Rule

Select the audience rule you wish to apply. As with single creation, choose the desired rule. You can choose multiple rules at this step if you wish to do so

Please note you will only be selecting the rule type at this step. The corresponding values for the rules will be entered later.

After selection, click "Proceed" to open the Fibr editor in bulk mode.

Using Fibr Bulk Editor

This selection will open the Fibr editor in bulk mode with your website displayed. Choose the elements you wish to edit from your webpage.

Creating Personalizations

Once you finish selecting elements and making style changes, you will see a spreadsheet open on the Fibr dashboard. Each row in this sheet represents a personalization. Here you can now do the following:

1. Select no of personalizations to create: By default you will see line items for 5 personalizations. If you want to reduce the number then simply select as many rows as you want to delete, right click(two-fingers click in case of Mac) and delete the selected rows.

In order to add more personalization, enter the number of personalizations you want to add in the text box on the bottom left corner of the screen and click on the '+' icon. Please note you can create a maximum of 100 personalizations in one go.

2. Enter the values for audience rules: You will see a column for the audience rule that you had selected(utm_source in this case). You can fill the value that you want the rule to match for each individual personalization here. Please note that these fields cannot be left empty.

   
3. Enter the alternate values: Now to create the variants you need to provide the alternate values of the elements that you have selected for each variant. Text Elements: For text elements you can enter the values manually or paste them from any other source Image Elements: For image elements you can either upload an image for each variant. Or you can simply enter a hosted URL, if available. Please note that any field left empty here will retain the original value of the respective element for the respective variant.

After confirming all changes, click "Proceed" to create your personalizations.

While this example demonstrates five personalizations, you can scale to any desired number. Subsequent campaign steps remain unchanged.
