In this guide, you will learn how to create an audience personalization campaign using Fibr. This process involves setting up your website, defining your audience, creating personalized variants, and tracking conversions to measure the effectiveness of your campaign.

Ensure that the Fibr script is already added and validated on the Web Pilot Set Up page before creating personalization for your website.

Step 1: Validate Your Website

Ensure that the Fibr script is added and validated on your website through the Web Pilot Set Up page on Fibr.

Step 2: Start Your Campaign

Navigate to the Audience Personalization section via the left-hand navigation bar and click "New Campaign."

Step 3: Set Campaign Details

Enter the website URL you wish to personalize and provide a name for your campaign.

Step 4: Create Personalization

On the campaign creation screen, on top, the campaign name and URL can be edited. Begin creating a personalization. Define your target audience and create a variant tailored to them.

Step 5: Define Your Audience

For instance, if targeting first-time visitors, choose New Visitor in the rules section.

Step 6: Variant Creation

Click on "Create a variant" and make desired changes, such as modifying the text within a button to "Get Started."

Step 7: Edit and Save

Use the editor to adjust elements like fonts, sizes, and weights. Once editing is complete, click "Finish."

Step 8: Preview and Finalize

Preview the changes on your website and confirm by clicking "Finish."

Step 9: Set Conversion Metrics

Define what constitutes a conversion, such as a click on the "Get Started" button, and set up tracking for these conversion events.

Step 10: Manage Additional Personalizations

If needed, create additional personalizations for different visitor segments by repeating the earlier steps.

Step 11: Campaign Review

Review all personalizations, edit or duplicate as necessary, and adjust your campaign's metrics and settings.

Step 12: Launch Your Campaign

Choose to start your campaign immediately or schedule it for later. Once launched, your personalizations will be live.
