Video Tutorial

In this guide, you will learn how to create an audience personalization campaign using Fibr. This process involves setting up your website, defining your audience, creating personalized variants, and tracking conversions to measure the effectiveness of your campaign.

Ensure that the Fibr script is already added and validated on the Web Pilot Set Up page before creating personalization for your website.

Step 1: Access the Ad Personalization Section

  • Navigate to the Ad Personalization section via the left-hand navigation bar and click on the "New Campaign" button.

Step 2: Enter Campaign Details

  • Paste the website URL you wish to personalize and name your campaign.

Step 3: Ad Selection

  • This takes you to an ad selection modal to explore available ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords linked to the specified URL.

Step 4: Ad Campaign Selection

  • Selecting an ad campaign automatically selects all ads and keywords within that campaign. Visitors clicking on these ads will see the variant you create.

Step 5: Ad Group and Keyword Selection

  • You can also select specific ad groups, individual ads, and keywords. The selected ads and keywords determine who will see your personalized variant.

Step 6: Variant Creation

  • Confirm your selections and proceed to create a variant for the personalization by clicking the "Create Variant" button. This opens your website in the Fibr editor.

Step 7: Edit Website Content

  • Modify website elements, such as text, using the Fibr editor. You can use the "Generate with AI" option to assist with text modifications.

Step 8: Save Changes

  • After making changes, click "Finish" to update your site automatically and confirm the changes.

Step 9: Event Tracking

  • If no success event is marked, you'll be prompted to set one. It's crucial to track success events to measure conversions and performance.

Step 10: Metric Creation

  • From the desktop view, select an interactive element (e.g., a button) and create a new metric, such as a "Get Started CTA."

Step 11: Finalize Campaign

  • After adding the CTA, finish up by setting optional campaign parameters like holdout percentage and email notifications. Schedule the campaign or start it immediately.

Step 12: Campaign Launch

  • Your campaign is now live. Any user clicking on the ads from the selected ad group will see the personalized variant.

All ads must have tracking parameters set up to be selectable on the ads selection modal. More information on how to set up Google and Meta Ads for optimal performance is available on this .
