Video Tutorial

This tutorial tells you how to configure audience segments on Fibr for Testing and Personalization.

  1. To customize audience segmentation, navigate to the audience segmentation section inside a campaign's creation flow.

  2. Select the rule type from the available options. The first rule type targets all visitors landing on your page.

  3. You can also target visitors based on specific UTM parameters or their behavior, such as new versus returning visitors or by device category.

  4. Combine multiple rules to refine the audience segmentation. For instance, target new visitors and users using Safari by setting both conditions.

  5. Visitors who meet the specified criteria will see the personalized version of the website.
