How to add Pop-Ups using Fibr Editor
Lets learn how to design and add AI-generated Pop-Ups that can be triggered based on user behavior like scroll depth, exit intent, time on page, or specific clicks.
Follow these step-by-step instructions to add and customize popups on your landing page with Fibr Editor:
Step 1: Access the Popup Tool on the Fibr Editor
Open your landing page in Fibr Editor.
Click on the "Pop-Up" button on the nav bar.
Step 2: Design Your Popup.
You can design/customize your pop-up by following ways:
Creating your own prompt to define the message and design.
Or, using a predefined prompt suggestion for quick setup.
Optionally, reuse a previously created popup by repurposing it.
Step 3: Choose the Data Collection Fields and Action after Submission
Choose the type of data you want to collect through your popup: Text, Email and Phone
Decide what should happen when a user submits the popup form:
Close on click: The popup disappears after submission.
Referral code: Provide users with a code.
Redirect link: Send users to a specific URL.
File download: Allow users to download a file.
Step 4: Generate the Popup with AI
Once you click "Generate with AI" Fibr starts designing your popup. While your pop-up is being generated you can define the rules( eg: display after X seconds, display after scrolling X%) and the optimal popup placement.
If you Google Analytics(GA4) is connected to Fibr dashboard then it will analyze your page data and give you suggestions like display after X% seconds, display after scrolling X% of the page. These suggestions are auto-applied and can be changed based on your suggestions.
Do not leave/close the window while the Pop-Up is being generated.
Once the Pop-Up is generated, you can further refine the popup design by adding more prompts or making visual adjustments.
Step 5: Apply the Pop-Up to the Variant(s)
Once the design is ready, add a success metric to monitor conversions from the popup.
You can apply the Pop-Up to one or more variants based on your needs.
Step 6: Preview and Publish
Once the design is ready and changes have been applied to the variant you can check the functionality of the Pop-Up by clicking on "Preview" button.
Publish the pop-up.
