Configuring the Fibr Script for your website

Set up the Fibr script on your website to enable personalization, track user behavior, and run seamless experiments using Fibr AI.

Steps to add and validate the Fibr AI SDK script:

  1. Log in to your Fibr dashboard and go to Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Navigate to the Setup section. You’ll find your unique script here.

  3. Copy the script and paste it into the <head> section of your main domain* (e.g., example.com).

Avoid using Google Tag Manager to add the script, as it can cause flickering or slower load times. Click here to see impact.

If you’re using subdomains (e.g., blog.example.com), you’ll need to add the script separately to each one.

  1. If you notice flickering, use the alternate version of the script available in the Setup section.

  2. After adding the script to your website, paste your site URL in the field provided and click Add URL.

  3. Click 'Validate' and then 'Check now' to confirm the script is working.

You’ll see a success message once your site is validated.

If you place the script in the <head> tag of the main domain, it will automatically apply to all sub-domains. However, if you only want the script to be applied to specific pages, you'll need to add it individually on those pages.
